STM32 Programmer Software downloads but will not work on my PC

I have downloaded your STM32 Cube Programmer software into my PC computer here TWICE and IT WILL NOT RUN!!

I updated my Java software......still NO LUCK!!! This screenshot is what I see when I try to run it.......PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS RUNNING!!!........THANKS!!!!
