STM32CubeProgrammer c++ api qt compiling for raspberry os (debian based)

STM32CubeProgrammer has a C++ API which allow to create program compiled using qt creator. Is it possible to compile for linux os and run in rasperry os which is debian based?

Unfortunately STM32CubeProgrammer is not supported on ARM devices and the C++ API cannot be used because it needs DLLs that are compiled on intel x86.
