STM32CubeProgrammer gives me an error

I'm trying to program STM32L031 microcontroller using STLINK but STM32CubeProgrammer gives me the following error:

Error: No STM32 target found!

These are the conditions:

1) The hardware is correctly connected because the STM32CubeIde emulates correctly the target

2) I have updated the STLINK firmware to the last firmware release

3) I have tested the programmer on another computer and I get the same error

4) I already tested to power cycle several times the target and the emulator but nothing changes

Can someone help me?

Please try with the last STM32CubeProgrammer then tell me if it solve the issue.
