STM32CubeProgrammer not working

I launched STM32CubeProgrammer
It does not work.
It gives me this error message:

I reinstalled it.
I updated Java on the system.
Nothing.
What do I have to do?
Can anyone REALLY help?

Do you work with anyone doing IT ? Or might help you, or install on a different system?

What version of Windows? What JRE?

Clean Install? As Administrator?

AV Software blocking / interfering with installation?

Uninstall Oracle Java, and let the tools install a run time that works.

Sometimes is missed VisualC runtime or bad version. Download from MS redist and try install

But primary update STLink firmware on F446 board in Programmer
