STM32F103RB Nucleo board issue

I have an STM32F103RB Nucleo board.

I'm trying to build a very easy LED example (see details section).

I expect that both LEDs (one on the bread board, one on the nucleo board) are blinking every 500 ms. But only the one on the board is working.

The structure can be seen on attached figures. On a bread board I have an LED (yellow -> 2 V) and a resistance (100 ohm) in series connection. To the nucleo board there are 3 cables:

- red: ground to + on bread board

- black: 3.3V to - on bread board

- white: D2 to resistance

I hope somebody can help me. Do you need any other information?

I found the problem. One of the cables was broken.

But thanks.

Is the LED connected with proper polarity? Try to turn it around.
