STM32L562EDK board can't be connected to st linker,the keill also says cpu locked up stop target!

I am working on the stm32l562 DK Board, when I program Software into STM32L5 microcontroller internal Flash memory and Configure STM32L5 static security protections, I find that stm32l562 DK Board can not conect to the stlinker with stm32cube programmer.at the same time the keil says cpu locked up ,stop target.

if I want to connect to the stlinker,what I can do?

Can you try to connect the board in hot plug mode and tell me if it's ok?
