Troubleshooting CUBE Programmar Settings Change Error

I briefly changed the option byte setting through CUBE Programmmer
It was changed well before, but I tried to change the DMEP setting and return it because I couldn't want it, but an error occurred and it is not changing

 

The error appears as follows, so please tell me how to fix it

18:26:25 : Error: Expected value for Option Byte "DMEP1": 0x0, found: 0x1
