Unable to Run STM32CubeProgrammer

Hi, I have installed STM32CubeProgrammer but unable to run it. I get the message:

"CubeProgrammer_API or one of its dependencies is missing. Please try reinstalling the program of check your java architecture"

I see other have had this and upgrading to the latest version, or running as administrator has worked for them.

I am using V2.0.0 and I get this message whether I run as administrator or not. Is there anything further I can do to debug why this is not running?

For reference, Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB 14393.2848.

Java V8 Update 201 (build 1.8.0_201-b09)

Solved by running the installer again but this time running the installer itself as administrator.
