ATM8AF: activate Ports for GPIO usage

I'm struggeling with the GPIO activation of Pin PB0.

My Setup is: µC: STM8AF6213PCA with TSSOP20 Pinout, STVD + Cosmic C Compiler

It is no problem to aktivate the Port C (PC4, PC5, PC6 and PC7). But port B seems to be dead.

But the port registers say, that the PortB is configured to output (same as Port C).

I'm afraid, that I have to "allow" the Port B somehow to act as a GPIO. Does anyone knows this problem?
