CAN example for STM8A Discovery?

I am looking for an CAN bus example for the STM8A discovery board. App Note 4178 (LIN example) refers another App Note (4179) for a respective CAN example. However, I can't find it on st.com - nor can I find a suitable example via Google. Can someone support? Thanks a lot and have a great day! :)
