Chip Not Responding Error [stm8s005k6t6c]

Hi All,

We use stm8s005k6t6c IC in one of the circuits. We programmed the IC using IAR embedded workbench IDE. We attached the circuit diagram herewith for your reference. But we couldn't get any success of programming it since we receive an error saying "Chip doesn't respond". 

It would be great if you could check our circuit design and guide us to resolve this issue.

All power supply and ground pins must be connected to their respective buses (at least I/O power pin 7 in this case).
