Displaced SMT marking on the IC

Hi ST team,

I was hoping to ask for your advice on the recently delivered product to our industry.

The control mechanisms of the product are managed with the STM8S105C6T6TR. After the careful removal of the conformal coating, the STM information does not seem to conform to the specifications enclosed in the datasheet.

Information from the datasheet:

was there any recent change to the information content and its assembly on the chip, other than what the datasheets states?

Thank you

VyFe

    Welcome @VyFeTech, to the community!

The first marking and some letters do indeed look strange; this type of marking does not appear in this form in my documents, at least. Please open a personal ticket in Online Support OLS to clarify this.

    Regards
    /Peter

    Hello again,

I would like to enclose this query with another picture of a microcontroller that complies with the information as stated in the datasheet (from a different product batch), just in case.
