Does stm8l001j3 support Flash Loader Demonstrator tool

I want to use Flash Loader Demonstrator for complete programmed update of stm8l001j3 device.But Flash Loader Demonstrator tool unrecongnized device.Is there any other way to update the program through the serial port ?
