Downloading STM8S/A Standard peripheral library

I'm trying to download the standard library for the MCU stm8s003f on the ST site, but I get the message "not available for download". Is there an alternative way to get this library?

Indeed. Just changed the device and used a vpn and I managed to download it. I had also to revalidate my email. Thank you for that.

@Community member​ I've just noticed that there is no CMSIS folder on the STM8S/A Standard peripheral library folder. Where can I get it? I'm creating an empty project on IAR workbench.
