i am using FSE_Compiler.

How can I fix this problem?

Maybe FlexLM relates to toolchain license, to renew, or the memory model used to compile is not useable.

It seems to be a Cosmic license issue. Did you get the free license file from Cosmic company? When you install the free tool into a new workstation you have to communicate the PC data to the software house, they will answer with a new license file.
