Error - f_FLASH_ReadByte not defined when linking

I have just come back to STVD after a long while (and various changes of machine) and have reinstalled STVD and COSMIC. I can now compile my existing code but when trying to link it during the build process I get a page of errors like;

#error clnk Release\bhcpu_rev05.lkf:1 symbol f_CLK_SYSCLKDivConfig not defined (Release\main.o )

I have no doubt that there's some setting in the linker that I have failed to configure but can find no clues online.

This code compiled and linked without error on the old system so it's likely soemthing I have done, or not done.

Does anyone know what's going on here?
