ST-LINK Programmer few times its working ,mostly its displaying error message

Failed to set configuration with MCU name STM8AF5289: SWIM error [30006]: Comm init error: chip does not answer 

connections every thing ok  device will work rarely ,

this error only show at that time when micro get the voltage less than 3.3 volt.
