How can we protect the MCU information from Copy Cats ? We intend to not to reveal our MCU Identity or its program.

Can we have STM8 MCUs without the Thermal and Static Protection and make arrangements for the Black Dot ( as seen on Calculators ) for our Product's Board. Are there any other Solutions available ?

You could perhaps find wafer-scale parts and pot/encapsulate. Not sure the availability of die you can wirebond, check you local sales office.

    Enable ROP (Read-Out Protection)

don't give it to the copy cats - security is 9/10 in possession.

The black dot is COB : chip on board. Perfect security is a never ending journey. It's analog, how hard it is to hack vs what is being protected.

Put something in the code that can prove plagiat is done, and get better product quality and support, get the next generation part ready to keep up the race....

I assume you already know how to protect the code (check the datasheet). To protect the identity of the chip just sand off the surface of the chip. I've seen this done several times.
