How to start working on STM8S 103F 32 PIN micro from ST using RLink from Raisonance?

I am interested in STM8S 103F 32 PIN micro from ST. I have procured RLink debugger /programmer from Raisonance .What are latest development tools which are required to work on above micro with RLink. Is there any tutorial for getting started with this Micro from ST.
