IAR Sample code for STM8S103F3

I am unable to understand the IAR files involved in developing an application for STM8S103F3. Specifically, the files involved for interrupts and where to write the ISR for the interrupts, when using the IAR IDE.

Further, will appreciate if someone can share some sample codes specific to STM8S103F3 and IAR IDE.
