Links to Download STVP and STVD?

We can I download the STVP and STVD software packages for STM8L MCU?  There are no links on the site?

The file to download those two softwares is called sttoolset.exe. But I'm not able to find where to download it on the new website. If you get it please let me know.

Another website that has been designed by marketing :)

Anyway it seems that the software can be downloaded from the STVP page but not the STVD page - figure that one out.

Off topic but I have spent quite a bit of time last week helping customers ''find'' software on the new site, some i still have not found.
