Please help

 I have a mother board of audio, video and gps with STM8S207K6 MCU that is working condition. When I try to read eeprom from the device, the message will appear 'Can not communicate with the device.

Check the swim cable connection and check all the needed pin connection or the swim connecter

If the application code uses swim desable and reset pin as out put or has desabled swim clock driver

Try now to switch off and on the application power while nrst pin forced low' 

All pins are connected with same as mentioned . 

Pins of Swim, Nrst, VDD and GND.

A device with read-out protection would preclude you from accessing or debugging.
