ST Visual Develop crashing and can't see programmer

My tool is crashing every time I open Tool->Programmer


Also tools are greyed in MCU selection

I'm testing on Nucleo board NUCLEO-8L152R8
Drivers are installed and STVP can see the programmer. I have problem only on STVD.

I saw many post of it, is there any conf file for the workaround?

Found that

A fix consists in updating the file stvd/ProgrammerAddOn.dll to version 1.3.3.0 joined​

It worked.

Why when you download the STVD the current stable release has ProgrammerAddOn.dll  version 1.3.2, instead of that bug fix? The discussion was posted 7y ago, I think the 1.3.3 should be integrated in STVD
