Starting Stm8s GPS speed device

Hello,

At

the beginning

, I must say

that I am

a beginner in microcontrolers...

I have to project GPS speedometer device based on stm8s discovery, LCD(nokia 3310), GPS module and some kayboard,

I have

all the

parts

,

but

I do not know

where to

start?!

Do you have

some

books

about programming

stm8s in C? Do you know how to plug all this things together? Where should I start?

Hi okelm,

First of all (before starting your project) try to find some examples and Application notes here, run it to set the tools:

You find here a getting started:

Then focus on peripherals you will use and you can start you project.
