STM8 24MHz external Crystal signal right?

    murata part was cstcv 24MHz with built in cap about 10pF and 40Ohm ESD; tdk part was ccr24 24MHz with built in cap about 7pF and 40Ohm ESD. gcrit estimation is about 1mA/V at 24MHz. stm8s208 datasheet says 5mA gm as minimum, 220kOhm built in feedback resistance. Any problem for this?

    Another odd is when I desoldered the murata part and put it on top of the stm8 and soldered 3x 2cm wires from stm8 pins to it, oscin and oscout signal changed to some 7.1MHz and 400mV pk-pk ripple, why?

    Any help please.
