STM8CubeMx and IDE

I just started to working on STM8L162. I worked on STM32 SO, I searched the tool like STM32cube MX for STM8 and I got it. STM8CubeMX does not support the code generation yet. So , is there any other tool for STM8? From where I can download the driver packages for STM8? Which IDE is best to work with STM8?

I have the same question. STM8CubeMX is like buying a car with no motor. What's the point? Pinout reports might of marginal usefulness for PCB design but the purpose of a tool like this is to make code development fast and easy, and they provide nothing at all. Very disappointed.
