STM8S103F3 programming error while using STVP
Hi All,
This is my first post here and also my first interaction with ST micro devices
I'm truing to flash a .hex file into an STM8S103F3 using ST LINK V2 and STVP but I cannot connect to the device. I'm using a 5V external supply connected to the VDD and GND of the IC and ST Link and the SWIM and Reset wires are connected to pin 18 and 4. I have initially tried this on our product but I need to try to flash the device offline and I'm struggling to find a solution. Tried 3.3V as well, tried without the external supply, tried with different devices and multiple ST Link programmers. Same result. STVP has been set up correctly, with ST Link, SWIM and the correct device.
Is there anything I'm missing?
