STM8S103F3/STM8S003F3 pin configuaration.

Can i know the procedure to select particular pin in the corresponding port in the STM8S103F3/STM8S003F3, DO we need to erase the previous program in the controller manually while we are dumping the new program? Is it necessary? . Please help me out.
