Hi,

I would like to develop and sell one of my product using STM8S IC with STSW-STM8069 library from STVD and STVP.

is there any licence for that?  if yes ,what is process to get licence for one and how much i have to pay for

You can use code from 

STSW-STM8069 free of charge and you can create a commercial products based on it.
