    Hello,

I use STVD 4.1.3 to develop my application.

While it was working fine, STVD suddenly started complaining that it can't download my application and shows this notice:

    Quote:

error: swim prog error [42004]: memory write error

This is strange, since I can flash my application .s19 file with STVP 3.1.3 (albeit it stands still for a few seconds after it completes 99% of programming).

On the contrary, flash read and verify is fast as before.

    What happened to my STM8207C8?

Is it a swim fault, or a R-Link one?

Is there a way to start STVD debugger whithout updating STM8S flash?

    Regards

    EtaPhi
