STVD Installation

after installing the STM8 STVD IDE v4.3 on a Windows 7 machine, I try to set the tools to The Cosmic tool chain. I get a message indicating that the Path does not contain at least one of the supported toolsets. I have the same setup on v4.1.6 of the IDE and do have this problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem. I tried to find v4.1.x and had no success.
