stvd project settings panes too big

My stvd project settings panes for Compiler and to the right of it have font size too big. Consequentially I can only acess the top left of the pane. I need to change the const section address and I can't get to it, so my project is on hold until this is fixed.

Does anyone have any idea how this could happen and/or how to fix it?

I have tried wiping and reinstalling everything. I have no idea what could cause this. I have resorted to figuring out the .stp project settings file and editing it. A real pita. I guess I'll have to live with this forever.
