STWBC µC documentation?

Where can I find documentation on the STWBC, STWBC-EP and STWBC-WA? The documentation I found at

http://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/products/power-management/wireless-charger-ics/stwbc.html

, etc doesn't seem to include anything on the included STM8 microcontroller, such as memory sizes, memory map, I/O registers, etc.
