Use SDCC in STVD

Hi,

I wanted to integrate the free SDCC Compiler in STVD. But I can´t find a possibility to add a new toolset. If I install Raisonance, a new entry in the toolset dropbox is generated. So there must be a possibility to add a user toolset. But how?
