Using STM8L052C6T6 with Pads Layout VX.2.1

Hi, i'm tring to use STM8L052C6T6 with Pads.

but the PCB Decal of MCU seems weard.

It's covered with lines seem like the net.

and the pin layout of the MCU doesn't match with the datasheet.

Is it ok to use in this status?

or do i have to do extra works for it.
