My apologies for my mistake: the previous link shows you STVD/STVP documentation.

This one lets you download it:

Finding a simple thing is more difficult in the new ST site...

Thank you, I've been searching for this for at least an hour.  What is the secret to finding stuff on this god forsaken website?  I can only ever find PDF files, the search engine appears reluctant to find anything else.
