Why no STM8 community any more?

There used to be a STM8 MCUs community.

Now that community is no longer in the list of ST communities. Yesterday, I got a cancellation notification for the STM8 MCU event I had created there (the event was in February, so I originally though it was cancelled due to being a few months in the past). The old STM8 MCU community page not gives an error message 'Unauthorized - This place or content does not exist or access to it is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here.'

Why was the STM8 MCUs community and the content there deleted?

    I just found

Which answers most of my question.

Do we still have a way to announce future STM8 events?

Perhaps just register them in Share Activities? And share as a Discussion in the STM8 Forum

    https://community.st.com/community/share-your-activities

Things are being rearranged because the User Survey suggested there is a lot of unnecessary clutter and duplication, posts and people got lost.

All the stuff finds it's way into the Welcome Page news feed.
