Hi, I am using SPC584b60e MCU, I have to write several hundred byte of data at Customer OTP region which is there in first block flash memory. I am not getting how I can start. I have following question1) Can I use C55 flash module API to write at this region, if so how I can start, because I don't see any example for writing at OTP region in SPC5 studio ?2) Can I write data here word by word (32-bit at a time ) instead of whole block write ?3) What is sequence to initialize, unlock and write at this customer OTP location.Please provide if any example code is available Thank you

I recently tried to build my coworker's project but it got three errors (lvalue required as left operand of assignment)(make: *** [components/spc560pxx_platform_component_rla/lib/rsc/rules.mk:133: build/obj/swirq.o] Error 1)It works just fine on my coworker's laptop and I cannot figure out what the difference is between me and my coworker's IDE settings. (I opened the project through Open Projects from File System. )Then, I created a new project "SPI_test" and there is another error popped up. (make: *** [components/spc560pxx_platform_component_rla/lib/rsc/rules.mk:137: build/obj/main.o] Error 1)Do I need to clean the generated files and rebuild? I cannot seem to solve the errors. I have scrolled through half of the community pages and did not find any answer.Hope to hear some advice

Hi, I'm the beginner in MCU programming.I know that SPC574S communicate with L9963 through SPI, but how do I actually programming in SPC5 Studio to get the data read by L9963 ADCs ?I think I need some basic introduction and some DEMO lessons from reading datasheets to coding. I try to evaluate MCU "SPC58NH92C5", but i can not find the full datasheet about it. Then I try to find its pin information from SPC5Studio, but SPC5Studio not support SPC58 H Line MCU .Please tell me how to get document and develop package bwfore buy "SPC58NH-DISP".Thanks,QiZhang

we have a spc560B-DIS board. we can program a sample from spc5 studio using STK 5.2 software on this board. in the next step, we create a new spc5 program (blinking LED ) and successfully build it. but we can not program and debug this on this board. Are there some setting for spc560B-DIS board that we do not consider?

Hi All ,I flashed the board Spc584b-Disp with a SW that had a watchdog reset happening .When I repower the Board and try to connect to it to reflash ,the RESET LED4 is alawys ON ,and the UDE gives an error PpcJtagTargIntf: No JTAG client found !Message from component 'PpcJtagTargIntf' :Can't connect target !Message from component 'PpcJtagTargIntf' :No JTAG client found !Please check:- target power supply- JTAG cable connection- target configurationI know it is not the UDE STK 5.2 Problem because I reinstalled the drivers and the UDE STK and I can connect to other Spc58 Boards using it .The problem is with the Board ,I can see the SW running at power ON (LEDS Indication) and then going through WDG RESET forever .Is there a way I can fix this ?All Board Jumpers are in Default setting.

I am using SPC5 Studio ver 6.0 for a dev kit with freegcc with vle support for a SPC58NG-DISP dev kit and I want to add .srec file generation. I didn't see anything in the properties/c/c++ build/settings that was an easy selection and hope you can point me to what I need to do. Have an .srec parser and was hoping to reuse to not have to create an .elf parser or .hex parser.

Hello, I'm trying to develop an AVAS application, I have the AEK-MCU-C1MLIT1, the AEK-AUD-D903V1 and the AEK-CON-C1D9031 connection board. I've tested the Engine Sound Simulation and diagnostics with connection board and it woks, I get the sound out of the amplifier. However, when I try to change the audio files for ones of my own, I can't get any sound out of it. I proceed exactly as told in the instructions: I put the WAV files into the source folder (after checking they aren't bigger than 768kB), modify the sounddb.s file so it can access my WAV files, compile it, copy the .hex file from the build folder to the source folder and rename it, search for the 020000040100 string that identifies the beginning of the sound partition, delete everything behind that string, modify again the sounddb.s file so it doesn't compile the audio again, and then compile. It flashes without error into the MCU, but then it just doesn't sound. Could anyone help with that?Thanks in advance

I tried to generate PWM with two width simultaneously but sometimes one pulse is missed or generated extra. Im new to SPC studio and worked with PWM.In order to control ws2812b we require a PWM to glow ledstrip.No examples are there for above condition. If there kindly share or help with it.Regards,AK

Hello,I'm currently evaluating SPC58EC-DISP. I tried a few examples in SPC5-STUDIO and successfully send/read signals via CAN and Serial. Next, I would like to create an application (Authentication with PKI) to verify the device trying to communicate with my SPC58EC-DISP.Admittedly, I never worked with any library in depth on the Authentication with PKI topic. But I tried a bit with OpenSSL and have read about WolfSSL that may have what I need.My (newbie) questions are:Are there any built-in library already that support Authentication with PKI or SSL/TLS in SPC5-STUDIO that I can use? I searched, but could not find much, please point to the source if you think i'm missing out on something.How can I build/import extra library like OpenSSL or WolfSSL for my task if there is no available SSL/TLS library in SPC5-STUDIO?  I have the memory map on page 76 of this manual,https://www.st.com/resource/en/reference_manual/dm00400546-spc584bx-32bit-mcu-family-built-on-the-power-architecture-for-automotive-body-electronics-applications-stmicroelectronics.pdfbut it is for 2M flash memory, for my device it is 1M, i have read out the  MCU ID Register #2(SIUL2_MIDR2), one value is 0Xb0004200(1M), but actually i found the flash all be programmed correctly to 2M.

hello everyone,I use the spc560B064 chip for my project with 5 flexcan (flexcan0, flexcan1, flexcan2, flexcan4, flexcan5) use on the board.I use the SPC560Bxx LowLevel driver generate by SPC5studio (v6.0) everything is good with the two first can unit but when I try to send frame with the flexcan 5 nothing happen (no activity on tx pin) the transmit code of the mailbox pass to 0x0C after transmit function call but stay at this value.I double check and output pin are well configure, the Tx pin go high after init and stay there... even if I populate a tx mail box. PCR register for ouput pin and padsel for input are at good value.Is anyone have an idea about the problem? Thanks by advance
