Unfortunately I can not use the MCTK-01 as reference because it is supplied via the mains.What is the current budget I should plan for the SPC5?_________________________________________________ L9907?Which voltage do you recommend to choose to run both or not? 3V3 or 5V?Thanks in advanced for your lights.Cheers,Christophe

Hello, I did a fresh install of SPC5Studio 5.8 and I'm trying to install the Flash Driver from Eclipse Marketplace.But all I get is a:No repository found at http://spc5.drive.cloudforge.com/projects/spc5releases/SPC5Studio/updates5.I also tried to look in that folder (features, plugins, content.jar and artifacts.jar), but I could not find anything related to the Flash Driver anywhere.

Hello experts,Can SPC5-FLASH and SPC5-UDE be used on SPC58 series MCUs? Hello friendsI am working on a SPC560B50L5 microcontroller and I want to learn debugging it.According to"AN4035 Application note" I can do a single step by loading appropriate values in CPUSCR registers. I do everything that is mentioned in Document. for example toread a value from memory with lwz instruction I Enable OnCE, entere Debug Modeand enable external tool debugging and then put appropriate values in WBBRlow, IRand CTL , then I perform a Go+NoExit Writein OCMD. If everything Is OK(that I think is) I should have the read value inWBBRlow register. But I see no updates in WBBRlow value.Would you please help me if I’m wrong…Thanks so much

Using the PLS USB/JTAG probe on a SPC56EL, I'm unable to debug because I'm stuck into SPCSetRunMode(). Unplugging the probe, and resetting the MCU make the FreeRTOS demo run nicely. I'm aware of some errata about low-power issues, but I'm not sure the SPC5 Studio SERIAL demo makes use of any low-power feature.Any clue?

Just upgraded to 5.8.0 (the ONLY and LAST available version on ST website), and we ran into a lot of troubles. First of all, SPC5STUDIO updates URL had to be fixed because of the lack of trailing "/". Once fixed, we're still unable to install/update/download anything because of a 404 error. Who's the guy in charge of tests ?Before replying by a "please update to 5.8.1", be aware that there's no "5.8.1" version available at the ST website :Where's that 5.8.1 ? When I import example projects for my SPC58 board, I am able to edit the I/O settings. Specifically, I can change the I/O mode of GPIO pins to be input or output instead of both, which I can't do from the Pin Map editor. But when I try and select this component on my own project, the I/O settings are disabled. I can see the configurations I've made in the Pin Map editor, but I can't change anything. Does anyone know how to enable this? I'm using SPC5 Studio 5.8Thanks,

I created a configuration called "Release" and inside it I defined under C/C++ General --> Paths and Symbols a symbol following the advice from several "google" searches but when I try to use it inside a file like:#[if defined(_RELEASE_MODE_)]​ ...some code#endif​ it failed in compilation time as the symbol was not recognized. Any hint?

 I am asking because I created a second configuration (Now I have the " Default" and the "Release"). My goal is to find a way to force the linker to use one .ld file with the " Default" configuration and another .ld file with the "Release" configuration. The final goal is to define different areas in the flash and ram memories for debug use and use with a bootloader.

Good morningWe connected the board spc570 by microUSB, our operating system (both windows 7 and windows 10) detected it as "SPC570S-DISP discovery board" but can't install any driver. We have already downloaded and installed SPC5 studio with "complete installation" but it seems that it can't be aware of the connected device: we can generate application code and compile a test application but we can't execute and debug it because execute and debug button remains always grayed. So we will ask if we have to buy something else or we have to download some specific driver or change some setting on the PC.best reguard

I would like to implement the STOP mode to reduce the power consumption and then wake up by using NMI pin like PA[4] or PC[15]. I already entry the STOP mode however the board does not wake up from STOP mode. The program seems to be halted and then showed a warning like this picture. The mode is then unidentified. My code is attached in the file below. Can someone help me to configure the wake up unit from STOP mode? I am appreciate to your help. Through menu "File->New->SPC5 C/C++ Aplication",Create a new project.But,the result is fail.The error message is"An error has occurred. See error log for more details.Argument cannot be null". I think various methods to fix the problem,but not success. Why? Thanks!Use spc5 studio5.8​

I recently downloading the update for runtime IO component on SPC5studio, however, I cannot seem to find a way to add the component to either existing or new project from import wizard from the IDE gui.
