Posted on April 26, 2018 at 15:12Hii working on the new project with viper06HS (115khz) -primary regulation .i have a problem , output voltage 12 v on the second winding drop with increase current(connecting load)when i used Light load the output is 12 (3mA) and when i start to increes the current (heavy load about 100mA)the output voltage is drop to 8.5v  the feedback is from auxiliary winding (without optocoupler)maybe the problem is  from the feedback and when this future is available in eDesignSuite ?spec:input :90-265 VACoutput : 12v up to 200mATransformer 750370024:PRI (1-3)=1.6mH �10%PRI(1-3) = 120 turnsAUX(5-4) = 20 turnsSEC(9-6) = 15 turnsTURNS RATIO    (1-3):(9-6) 8:1, �1%TURNS RATIO    (1-3):(5-4) 6:1, �1%add pic(circuit and transformer )thanks#viper06 #flayback #psr-cv

Posted on June 01, 2018 at 10:16Recently we got some samples of STVVGLNAT. Parts label show surface marking ''STVVGLNAT L4AA'' but parts surface show ''L4AA'' only. We cannot find the detailed information about the marking from datasheet. We hesitate that the samples are fake and are trying to find some golden samples to compare. However, it seems that all sales do not have this product now. I would like to ask if anyone can explain the marking information or tell me where to get those golden samples? Posted on May 31, 2018 at 22:32Dear Sir or Madam,I am trying to use the timer TS556 in monostable operation with 3.3V power supply. I implemented the application schematics of figure 4 (page 13) of the TS556 Application information (DocID4078 Rev 3).In my case, the VCC power supply is 3.3V.My input signal connected on the trigger input (pin6) is a squared signal of maximum amplitude of 3.3V.The reset pin of the TS556 is connected to 3.3V.I expect to get in output of the TS556 (pin5) a short duration pulse at each falling edge of the input signal.However, i have an issue, because i observe that the output pulse is not reset to zero when the tension of the condensator on the threshold input reaches (2/3)*VCC.Instead of that, the output pulse is reset only when the trigger input becomes low. Can I please know if I can connect my own transducer to the high voltage output SMB connector, without de-soldering the on board equivalent load. Can I also know if you think I could use this board to build a simple ultrasonic concrete thickness measuring device. #ultrasound-pulser-ics

Posted on May 14, 2018 at 14:20I've just used EDesignSuite to design a Flyback PSU based around a L6566BAs part of this, it has designed me a transformer, in around half a page of small, poorly formatted, dense, closely type text.How do I export this text so as to send it off to be made? It does not seem to be possible to get it out in any useful form?(Printed page is NOT 'useful' in this context)Surely you do not expect me to slowly, tediously and laboriously re-type all this text, probably introducing expensive errors as I go?#transformer-export-design-as-text

This marking code might not be completely correct because part of it also got scratched but I am hoping someone can figure it out. Posted on May 02, 2018 at 14:55I have a machine with an LCD display that is in Korean, I want to change that to English. Following are the details. There is this LCD Module with Toshiba T6963C Controller, which is bus connected to a PCB that has a ST PSD913F2-90J and a DS80C320 Microcontroller embedded on it, and only a JTAG connector IEEE1149.1 ( enabling only 4 pins : TDO, TDI, TCK, TMS) ... as the display is in Korean, the LCD controller T6963C is using a custom External Memory to read characters, most probably ST PSD913F2-90J, so my question was how to access this PSD913F2 and change where ever that Korean Display data is stored into English. Assistance would be highly appreciated.

The simulator calculates a 648uH inductor which is VERY large, expensive and hard to find. How can I use a more standard inductor, like the 10uH stated in the datasheet for this design?#spv1040 #solar

Posted on April 12, 2018 at 03:37 Dear helper: I got a question about the Low side switch IC L98 The conmunication mode of this IC is SPI. It is unbelievable that the SCK high time is specified as 160ns based on the datasheet. The time can't exceed 160ns or is less than 160ns, which is riduculous. Generally, the SPI clock frequency has a maximum value, not as mentioned in the datasheet. I want to know if there is an error in the datasheeet?
