May I know, what are the replacement parts for the STMicro Micro Controllers STR911FAM44X6 & STR911FAM42X6?

Is this an 8-bit MCU ?

I suggest to approach ST directly, e.g via an FAE, or an official distributor.

This is ST's Cortex M forum, not much about legacy stuff.

Or try the STM8 forum, which is supposedly similar.

Define 'replacement', you're going to have to redesign your board using current parts, we moved to the STM32 family a decade ago.
