Hello AllCurrent Device setup:-NUCLEO-G071RB Eval boardSTM32CubeMX settings please find the attached screenshots.I'm trying to generate PWM signal using [ TIM3 channel 3] in NUCLEO-G071RB Eval board.Time period is 28 microseconds and width are 3 microseconds.As you can see in the below [image 1 ]only the first pulse is different or corrupted, which gives 32 microseconds time period and width are 7 microseconds .From the second pulse , we are able to get the expected pulse as shown below [image 2] Time period is 28 microseconds and width are 3 microseconds.Same behaviour is observed in STM32Cube_FW_G0_V1.6.0 package code, given by STM32 Timer PWM output example code.Please provide the solution to resolve this issue. Image 1:- Image 2:- 

  Hi, I have an STM32H563ZIT6 board and a simple task: to toggle the GPIO at maximum speed. I set the PA11 pin as an output pin and generated the code. Then, I used the HAL Library function [HAL_GPIO_TogglePin(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_11);] to toggle the PA11 pin every 1 second. It is working perfectly, and the LED is glowing. However, when I manually configure the PA11 pin as an output pin, the LED does not blink. I have attached my code for your reference. Hello, I am using a Nucleo 144 F767zi Board.  I am try to get any command on the Virt COM Console. But I failed always. I tried very lot things from on youtube, on the Forum ... but I always failed.I see in the documentation um1974-stm32-nucleo144-boards-mb1137-stmicroelectronics.pdf6.9 USART communicationI see further that all pins are enabled by default. From my actual understanding, this means that the COM Port is not active because SB4 and SB7 are "ON" too?Is this correct?If this is true and I have to set SB4/SB7 off. How do I set SB4 and SB7 to OFF. I did found anything "how to change the state of a SB". Thanks for any hint to get the Console running. thanksbest regardsCarsten

I am running FREERTOS on both M7 and M4 on STM32H745 MCU. In general M7 gets booted up and release HSEM for M4 then it will start.Now my question , if there no activity in M7 (idle mode), would like to keep M4 actively running and put M7 in sleep. Is it possible to keep M7 in sleep and still continue to run M4 to save power ?. If so how to enable this scenario and what is the way to wake up back the M7 ? Should it be again through M4 or it can done from any peripheral interrupt like touch or keys etc ? Although H7 series is performance device, we are using it in battery based application. Could you suggest best power management options for D1, D2 and D3 domains under FREERTOS. are there any APIs already for achieving above scenario?

Hi Friends, I need Yours Help. I have  working on  STM32F407VET6  development board  and  I have to write on simple code like count the values. I want to see the data in SWO (Serial Wire Viewer).But using STM32CUBEIDE to flash the code to my code is not Done . Because, My board  is not support to flash the code by using STM32CUBEIDE.So,I have using ST-LINK Utility to flash the code to my board. But SWO is correctly enabled but unfortunately count value is not print in the SWO viewer. So, how to I have the data in SWO Viewer. I have to attach the my software screenshot and source code for your reference that boxed line only I have  add to see the count values. Thanks in  advance for yours Guidance . 

Hello,I have a general question to the pin mapping and registers for the H723ZG. Where can I find the register name or register ID of e.g. the GPIO PA4? I expect something like 0000x000 or similar.I have searched for this in the DB3171 Data Brief, in the RM0468 Reference Manual and in the UM2407 User Manual (with pin-out), but this GPIO and other aren't even mentioned in the manual...So how do I access these functions, if I can't find the register numbers?Thank you Kind regards

Hello,I am trying to change the clock divider of my DFSDM channel at runtime. What I try to achieve with this is starting my microphone in standard mode and then increasing the clock rate to go into performance mode. This procedure is recommended by the manufacturer.The auto generated code to initialize the DFSDM first initializes the filters, then the channels, while setting all the parameters I defined in CubeIDE. Based on that I was trying to:Deinit the filter and channel.Change the clock dividerRe-Init the filter and channel with the new settings.My issue is that within the Msp methods HAL_DFSDM_FilterMspDeInit and HAL_DFSDM_ChannelMspDeInit some flags are used. When I deinitialize channel and filter the flag for DFSDM1_Init "underflows" and jumps to max value since its unsigned. Since all of the Msp init methods check for if(DFSDM1_Init == 0) they wont execute anymore afterwards. Therefore I am left without a clock. Is there a specific order?I also tried setting the clock div

I have successfully implemented the USB_OTG_FS as host as mass storage class on the STM32F407 discovery board. Now I want to do the same with the USB_OTG_HS But there is no usb connector available on the discovery board Can anyone guide me what external components to use and also an example code for the same.

Hey there, I'm a first-time user of the STM32 and I'm using the STM32F103C8T6 (Bluepill Board). I'm trying to measure the pulse width of two signals at the same time. I'm using two timers with input capture mode for this, but it's not working properly. I don't understand what the problem is. When I connect one signal at a time, it measures properly, but it starts fluctuating when I connect both signals. One of my signals is in microseconds (approximately 200us) and the other is in milliseconds (approximately 1.8ms). Please take a look at my code and help me out. I've set the controller at maximum speed, i.e. 72MHz. The starting time of both signals is not fixed it can start at any time.The project File is Attached. It Shows this Output when I connect both signals. in this, I connected a 200us pulse to width 1 and a 1.8 ms pulse to width 2. this is the output when I connect a single signal at a time.plz, help me with how I can measure both pulses accurately. if any one ha

Hello there.I'm a beginner with MCU programming and hardware, in order to get into the field I purchased a board suggested by someone in another forum, then realizing that the debugger is another hardware unit I purchased it aswell.I managed to connect the flat cables found in the STLink box to the STLink and the STLink to the PC via USB however I can't find any pins to connect the STLink to the MCU.I would like to know if I missed something or wasted some money in purchasing incompatible components.Thank you.I will have pictures attached

Hello!I'm using Amicam1 module with stm32L476RG. I've reworked the default example and enabled signal recording for 5 microphones using Amicam1 ADC and STM internal ADC and streaming 5 channels to PC. The problem is that I need all channels to be syncronized but due to usage of different ADCs the signal from channel 5 has a time shift. The minimal requirement is to syncronize channels for MICs 4 and 5. I've decided to add one more ADC channel from ADC1 and connect signal from MIC4 to it. So I've excluded DFSDM configuration for internal ADC and confiured ADC1 separately for two channels scan (channel 5 and 6). ADC conversion triggered by TIM3 and using DMA2 values are delivered to memory. The approach itself seems working. But the problem here that I'm getting incorrect values from ADC (~3000 or ~65000 etc.).Coulld you please sugest what could be the reason for that? Is it possible to use MIC5 input without DFSDM?Does my approach can be applied at all?

Hi,I am trying to power up my F767ZI board from the 3.3V power given by X-NUCLEO-LPM01A. Strangely, when I measure the voltage from X-NUCLEO-LPM01A with a multimeter (on the 3.3V input pins on the F767ZI board), I see the output voltage is only 1.6V to 1.7V (or about1.2V if I pull a wire from 3.3V input to SWD's RST signal to prevent STLINK from resetting my board[*]), despite that I had set it to 3.3V. The board does not start up as well. More observations:1) This only happens when I use X-NUCLEO-LPM01A as power source. When I used another DC power source, I could measure 3.3V on the board's 3.3V input pins just as I set it. The program on board also run normally.2) This only happens when I set X-NUCLEO-LPM01A's output voltage to 3V or 3.3V. When I tried setting it to 2.4V, I measured 2.4V on the board's input pins, and the program on board could run.3) This only happens when I use F767ZI. I have tried G0B1RE, L4R5ZI and U575ZI and all of those could work normally.Additional info

Hello everybody,I am building a regression test system and I want to control an ST-Link with a Python script/program. I need the capability to set Breakpoints and optimally extract them automatically from the hex file that gets flashed on the MCU. I need to be able to toggle some debug pins on the MCU as well from within the same program and I need to flash the MCU. So, the question is what is the best way to do things like that and is there any official support from ST for something like that or something similar.Thanks in advance
