2D marking on the device show XXXX

Dear all , 

we bought STM32F429IIT6   DC 2337 from  agent , when we scan the 2D marking on the device show XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,   is it  normal ? 

 

another question : we  found the PCN for the marking change  with  2D code  is from  2024-7-30 , but our device is 

2337+   ,it also have  2D code  , is it correct , is ther have  other PCN for referece ？
