About QFN package for STM32U59xx

Why there are no QFN packages for STM32U59 series? Will it be added in the future?

Dear @diverger ,

Thanks for the question, you can have QFP48 for another flash size versions such as U58x or smaller . It was not planned to have 48 pin package for U59.

Might suggest die is too big or pin escape is impractical for any helpful subset of functionality.
