ADC-DMA buffer value doesn't change

Hi, i have stm32f0c8t6 micro controller. i am using adc-dma with timer interrupt. ADC after working correctly for a while, buffer values doesn't change. what could be the problem?

Could you share your ADC, Timer and DMA configurations so we can help you? 

Also, as a preliminary thought, the buffer size should be sufficient to handle the incoming data
