Baud rate of 4Mbps

Hello everybody,

This is my first post hope i wll get the answer.

I am building a spectrometer for which i am using a stm32f401re board and i need to sample the data coming from a sensor at 250kHz which nearly gives a data rate of nearly 4Mbps so do i need to use 4Mbps baud rate to read that and if so how to achieve such higher baud rates.

Not clear! Is it over a protocol communication? which one?
