They are almost the same.

The 'H75x has one more ADC (ADC3) than 'H7Bx, which has only 2.

Can the selected input channels in each ADC be sampled simultaneously (synchronously) under the same clock in 'H75x and H7Bx?

H7Bx costs about $2 less, right?
