Can't upload the firmware F405

HI all,

I am building a system to control my battery charger.
When I power up the system from the DC power supply it work perfectly.
But when I power up this with AC power supply it gives below error.

What can be the possible error?

The device uses and requires DC power. I assume by "hooking it up to AC power" you mean there is a converter to DC somewhere in there. Perhaps that converter is faulty or not doing what you think it is. More info would be needed here.

A schematic or diagram of the power scheme would be helpful. Use a multimeter to verify valid power on the VDD pins.
