Capture mode stm32f4

Hello,

I have an STM32F429 project with a 1PPS input (PA0) and a 10Mhz oscillator (PB3) a PWM output (PA1), I can't get a value in my Timer2 it's always at 0, I don't see where my mistake is, can someone help me?
