Could not receive an send Ethernet message at the same time
When using F429 to complish the function of Ethernet, a confused phenomenon appears，message sending and message receiving at the same time, the received message could not trigger receiving interrupt，seems lost.
Sending message 462 and receiving message 461 at the same time，461 lost
Sending and Receiving FIFO of ETH is independent, but DMA and Bus is shared, dose it has relationship of the phenomenon above， or there is method to solve it.
